Forced to reinstall app. Goodnotes won’t sync all my documents

Howdy,

The app completely failed. Had the latest version. Updated iOs to 18.1.1 on my iPad Pro. Pencil was glitching and documents would go blank and then refresh to lose completed work. Since attempting to synch from iCloud, a number of my important documents are just blank. Others have an image in Goodnotes, but open to nothing. What should I do about this? I’ve already reset the iCloud sync, restarted my iPad, made duplicates of files, cleaned my trash, and my internet connection is fine.
