epix2 playrun (and amazon music) sync/login issue

from my epix2, I launch playrun, it says "sign into playrun using gamin app on your phone", then immediately it prompt my phone to ask me sign in.

from my google pixel, I login and it says "sign in process complete. return to your garmin device".

back to epix2, it stuck in the screen saying "sign into playrun using gamin app on your phone".

what do I miss?

and I also set up amazon music (prime). on my phone, I add song to "your all-access playlist", but it's empty in epix2.
