Scam alert ONE ASSIST

Hello, I bought my laptop in 2022 Sep, along with oneassist 3year complete protection, I have talked with there executive and they asked me to upload some documents, I did they asked me what happened I explained how my screen suddenly started flickering, I claimed it under accidental damage they called me and told me 'you have to claim it under extended warranty plan' after that I did as they told me to and even I had to pay 500rs, and I mentioned my laptop right hinge is slightly opened, I asked them if is was okay to claim under extended warranty they said It wouldn't cause any problem so I proceed according to their requirement, now they're saying they can't repair my laptop Coz of hinge panel opened little bit, and even I asked them and send the photo, now they are saying it cannot be done, and shipped my laptop without even informing me, one executive from oneassist saying they can't fix it even if raise claim again and I asked for compensation they are denying it, ALL I ASK FOR YOU GUY PLEASE CONSIDER IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUYING INSURANCE FROM ONEASSIST,
