I got the job verbally but I’m not hearing back for a while after TAIS personality assessment and I’m getting worried. Is this normal?

So I had 2 job interviews in finance at 2 investment banks. Both were very impressed and I got the job verbally at both during the interview and at one of the companies I event met them multiple times.

Last thing they wanted me to complete is this assessment: The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) assessment.

Mind you I have ADHD so I gave a lot of neutral answers to the attentional part of the assessment because yes sometimes I look at the background if something is happening even when someone talks to me or yes sometimes I get lost in thoughts even if I don’t want to.

Interpersonal side I think I did great.

Anyway everything was looking good but I did the same test for both the same day at the same consulting firm. That was a month ago.

I’m getting worried because one the of the companies ( this one I did 5 different personality assessments) I did not hear back since.

The other company last I heard from them was a little over 2 weeks ago to tell me they would be in contact soon to plan the final meeting to fill out the employment forms.

Today I left messages to both companies to know what is going on.

Is it normal for it to take so long to get an answer?
