I think i was assaulted but I'm really not sure

I'm a guy. I'm 19 and I went out clubbing with my friends recently. I'm underage but we snuck into a club and it was fun. I was dancing with an older guy, I'm gay, by the way, and we're grinding and stuff against eachogher. He eventually offered to give me heroin in the bathroom. I was already really, really drunk at this point. We had been drinking and smoking before this too. I agreed and he took me into the bathroom. We shot up and I was extremely crossed. I barely remember any of this, just bits and pieces. I remember he kept putting his fingers in my ass and he even tried to put a beer bottle in me. I was assaulted when I was kid by having stuff put in me so this really made me panic despite being crazy high. I was too messed up to actually move or try to push him off so I just had to sit there. Eventually we went back out to the dance floor and he kept asking to fuck me in the bathroom but my friend came and took me away. We sat on the curb and I kept asking for cigarettes but she wouldn't give me any. After that I don't remember much except. My friend later filled me in that I got taken to a hospital and treated for an overdose and I had an anal fissure. I'm fine now but my friends keep telling me I got raped. Idk tho
