Victim of hit and run. Anyone recognize the car or make out the plates?

My car was hit while I was at work yesterday morning around 9-10 am. Filed a police and insurance report on it, just waiting in the meantime. This happened on Stillwater Ave. Does anyone recognize the driver? Can you make out the plates? I just moved here over the summer and bought the car not even 2 months ago 🥲
