Car has been towed 25 days ago, no updates.

So I had a guest who rented one of my cars, took it for 3 days. In the second day he was pretty far -10 hours away- and he said that the car wasn’t turning on after he parked it. It was at 5 AM so he called me but my phone was on DND and couldn’t see it. He called Turo and they helped him. However they didn’t know what was the issue as the guest said he didn’t have a clue why. Turo said it might be a battery issue, but the towing company said that the car was running fine. The towing company went to pick up the car and deliver it to me, but few issues happened: 1- The tow company didn’t have the key as the guest kept the key with his friend. (I still don’t know if they even picked it up or not) 2- The tow company did not deliver it to me, instead they towed it to their lot, and asked me as the owner to send them my ID and the address they want to car to be towed. I did that and Turo said they will send another towing company to take the car and deliver it to me, they still did not deliver it or gave me any update about it. 3- Everytime I email Turo about the issue, they respond after I call them again and again and nag about it, and they respond in the email “We are currently following up with our roadside service to bring your car back or give you any updates.” And I wouldn’t hear anything again from them for a week.

It has been 26 days since the car was towed and I o ly know the towing company name. Should I contact the police and report it as stolen and I know the location? Because Turo is not helping at all and the car is just sitting in the towing company lot.
