Should I pull for manager don or wait for walpurgisnacht?

I just started playing about a week ago, and have gotten four 000 units so far. I have enough lunacy and tickets for 40 pulls, and I've been told to wait for walpurgisnacht. This don id seems really good though. Any advice?
