Is this game still broken on consoles?

Game is $8 on consoles right now and I've heard a while ago it was absolutely broken and owlcat couldn't fix it because of their publisher. Is this game still broken on consoles to this day? If it's passable I'm willing to give it a shot for 8 dollars
