[TOMT][TV Series] 1990ish, 1 Season, b/w

Cheers!

I’m looking for a 1 season, discontinued, sadly open ended, tv show from the 90s.

It was about a man who had some sort of amnesia. He didn’t know stuff about himself, the ppl around him or where he was and why.. BUT he had knowledge. Like a library full of knowledge. A walking Wikipedia. Except for one thing. Color. The dude knew everything, but he was colorblind. So showing him a sunflower even he knew it was one, he couldn’t answer what color it had.. well because of plotholes.

And some objects were shown in color. Like… they should be something special for him.. but it was never explained why .. plotholes and we’ll just one season.
