GoogleTV Box vs Smart TV's Android

I have the MiBox 2nd Gen with Google TV and Grunding TV which comes with its own Android TV built in. Both run fine when it comes to sideloading apps. The quality image of the main interface on the MiBox looks sharper in quality compared to the one from the TV. Which one should I keep as main entertainment setup, the MiBox or the TV's one?
