How to appeal to civil engineers in AZ? (aka if someone wants to hire as employees)

A company I have worked with a ton in CA opened an office in recently. They have a great reputation in CA and work nationwide but it's their first office in AZ. The have a lot of retail development business, solar, etc.

What would civil engineers in AZ want to know about their company to give you the confidence that they are going to stick around?
