Convoy 3X21b not charging

Bought the Convoy 3X21b as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine and after trying to charge it a few times and the red light coming on once on the button, I can’t seem to charge the damn thing at all. I literally thought the wall outlet where I work was broken because my phone wasn’t charging from my dual USB A Anker charger while the Convoy was plugged in. Now I’m waiting on a 47 watt charger to arrive so I can see if that fixes anything but I just tested my Dads 67 watt charger and still nothing. Do I need a specific charger, wait longer, or should I just send it back for a replacement?
