pregnancy scare

I really need some reassurance rn. So im on combo pills and i missed 1 pill. I only realised that after exactly 24 hours because i have an alarm set for 8pm and saw that i didn’t take a pill the day before. I took the pill i was supposed to take the day before (i only took 1 pill but now i’ve read i was supposed to take 2 pills - one for yesterday and the other one for today but i didn’t) and then i continued using it normally. I had intercourse with my bf two days after i missed the pill but we used condom AND he pulled out just in case. Then 2 weeks later when i was supposed to get my period i didn’t get it for the whole 7 day break (i only had discharge mixed with a little blood for 1 day but thats it). I know it is common to sometimes completely miss periods when you’re on the pill even my doctor told me not to stress over this. I’ve had a weird stinging pain randomly throughout the day in my abdominal area. That got me super anxious. I’m stressing out about this even though i know there’s a really low almost a 0 chance i’d actually be pregnant but i really need some reassurance rn.
