how to dirty talk

my partner (20m) loves to get his ears nibbled and sucked on. one time while i was doing it he asked me to talk dirty to him but i just didn't know what to say. We haven't had sex because of some trauma that i have, and he’s okay with that. but all the things i can think of to say to him involves me saying something about sex.im just not ready for that. i don't want him to think i'm ready just yet. any tips?
