I'm having a new roof installed and, despite the concerns I voiced, the installers decided to start on Thursday when the forecast called for rain throughout the weekend and a windstorm today.

This is how they left it over the weekend and I have some worries but I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety or actual problems.

First of all it seems like there's been some water intrusion through the new section of decking. Assuming they finish the install properly, is this something that will just dry out and be fine? It's like this in the carport, but I can't access the attic to check there (I intend to hire an inspector to check the work)

They were supposed to have replaced all of the fascia, but clearly haven't even leaving some sections that appear to have some rot, I'm definitely going to mention this to them before they start on Monday.

On the fascia they have replaced they left the cut ends unsealed, and one of them looks like it may even be split on the end. This makes me think that any cut ends at the joints are also left exposed.

On the panels that have been installed some have been bent fully back and others have been barely bent back, is it ok for them to be like this? If not, is this something they'd usually address at the end?

I did not choose a bargain basement bid, I'm putting a metal roof on my house and I just want it to be done right and last a long time.
