Food Safe Buckets at the Deli?

Maybe I'm not remembering it correctly, but I thought I saw it mentioned in the sub here recently - does Costco ever sell/give away those large food safe buckets with the lids? I've since been curious as I could use a few, but don't want to look like an asshole for asking if that's not allowed in their policy etc.
