Pavlova?

G'day Ladies and Gents, I'm thinking of making a Pav over Xmas, but maybe from scratch this time. Does anyone have suggestings on what to do with all the yokes once I've separated them? If it's Xmas themed that would be extra points! I'm sure my pups would love the treat lol. Any recipe suggestions would be grand, ty.

I'll put out it to everyone aswell: what fruit/toppings do you like? Traditional passionfruit? Strawberries? Blueberries? All of the above? I'm abit partial to mango myself.
