Brown spotting at 14 weeks

Hi, looking for some advice or similar stories as I can’t get in contact with anyone at my OBGYNs till Monday. I’m 14+1 and found some brown discharge today when I went to the bathroom. It’s super light except for a couple of darker brown spots on my underwear but I’m having no other symptoms and it’s not heavy or red.

I had this with my last pregnancy as well but all in the first trimester which is why I’m worried. Anyone experience anything similar in second trimester?
