Red colorless or black permanent that deals one damage/one loss of life (or more) to each opponent on leaves trigger (not dies)

I'm looking for a nonland permanent in red black or colorless. It should cause each player or each opponent to have their life reduced by at least one when it, or something else leaves play (exiled).

I'd like to find a card that could be in play when [[Worldfire]] resolves that deals the last damage. Like [[Brazen cannonade]] but triggers on exile too.

I've tried every search combination I can come up with on Gatherer and nothing, does it really not exist?
