Sell/Unsell me on Free League’s Twilight 2000

At the time of this writing, there are still four or five days left on the Free League Games RPG. Bundle of Holding, which includes the Twilight 2000 rule book. The other games look cool, but this one is the kingmaker in the decision to buy it.

What can you tell me about the system, the setting? Is the system lethal, or cinematic? It’s a “post-apocalyptic” game, so how does it handles bookkeeping when it comes to resources (gas, ammunition, food, scavenging and trading, etc)? Does the rule book has a big equipment chapter?

I thank you in advance for all help in making this decision.
