Why did I receive the lowest ACS here?

As you guys can see from the link, I had the second highest ADR and 2 first bloods. Does anyone know how exactly Val calculates ACS? Is it because most of my kills were later in the round retaking instead of getting first/second bloods?

Not too salty about it, just stings a bit since I'm 5 rr away from ranking up now and being higher on the scoreboard might have gotten me there.
