How do normal, avarage, everyday people date?

According to r/seduction, you need to cold approach 10 women a day, be above avarage looks (body and face), focus on the grind (whatever the fuck that is?), be sexual at every opportunity, and a plethora of other things.

The majority of guys I see dating aren't doing all of this, as the majority of guys (myself included) are average.

We go to work, come home, eat and shower, socalize with friends for a bit, sleep and repeat.

YouTube is honestly much, much worse, as all those PUA guys all spew the same stuff, to the point that it's actually refreshing when you see an average guy giving normal advice, it's a breath of fresh air.

It's my (26m) fault for going down this rabbit hole since a late teen, I've seriously got a lot to unlearn, as watching that type of content is dangerously addicting.

But back to my original question, how the hell do normal, average, everyday people date?
