Where is the justice system in Siargao?

My mother bought a property in Siargao years ago. Now, that we are selling it due to personal reasons, our relatives have started to occupy the lot and start building houses. Now, we file them a case since they don't want to remove what they have built. Strongly saying that this is from our Lolo which is extremely false. All legal papers are under my mother's name.

Now, our case was dismissed saying that we are not positioned on the property from the lower court and our relatives falsely claim that they've been in the property for more than a decade which is false. They created connivance with the BRGY so that they could release certificates on their false claims. Of course, they will do it since they are voters. We have filed ombudsman case as well on the Brgy officials who signed it. Some of the signatories which are councilors already side on our end saying that they are persuaded by the paper signed to them. Still case dismissed....... Note: They have warnings on building permits too since they cannot file for it since they do not own the property. During trial on lower court, the judge said whoever is the owner has the right on the property and yet he dismissed.

It is already in Regional trial court, I'm kinda losing hope in the justice system since politics got involve. This is really a test of faith in God and in the justice system.

I just want to rant here.......... really......... sometimes I just want to be a lawyer myself but I know that I don't have the capacity yet to pursue that.
