please reccomend skincare!!

skin type - normal I've been using minimalist 02% salicylic acid face serum for small Whitebumps on my face which was useful and now I'm free of them (this is the only serum i used) now i want to treat the following-

1)i have little uneven skin tone , my forehead is slightly darker

2. i want to get rid of blackheads and Whiteheads

3. small dark spots (1-2)

4. dark circles (b'coz of screen time)

please recommend me serums or any skincare products i can use to treat the following, all advices are appreciated❤
