If you:

Were verified during the 2024 Hajj cycle, Created a new account for the 2025 Hajj cycle, or Recently added a profile to an existing account... Please take a moment to log in to the Nusuk Hajj Portal as soon as possible.

It appears that all accounts and profiles are now marked as "application needing completion."

What You Need to Do: Review and Update Your Application: Check if your passport details need updating. If yes, upload the updated passport copy. Fill in any new required information, such as: PO Box Blood type (you can select "Unknown" if needed) Complete additional checkboxes as prompted. Submit Your Application: After submitting, your application will revert to "under verification status." Repeat for Family Members: Ensure you complete these steps for each family member profile linked to your account. This update is critical to ensure your application is properly processed for the upcoming Hajj season.
