Provide backup and administrative support for the demurrage team.

To include:

Confirm and acknowledge receipt of new incoming claims from counterparties Record and manage data in JDE and HubSE (the demurrage program) for both existing and new claims Request missing or absent documents and other related supporting emails from Ops and brokers, making up a complete claim and store it in HubSE Record incoming payments from Tricon Accounting, validate them accordingly within our systems and provide the debit/credit team with the documentation Begin on the job training to learn the concepts and different aspects of demurrage</div
