Is this company a scam?

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this job is a scam or not. It sounds like a scam but I also don't want to accuse them of being a scammer if they are not. The company is called Abrakadabra Agency and it's based in Georgia hiring customer service agents from Poland. I had an interview, they said they pay in crypto and that they will add me to the marketing team instead of customer service.

Interviewer did not ask any personal questions about me, just proceeded to talk about the job, how many hours, how long the test period is etc. They have multiple job listings on a legit job portal that's popular in Poland, but they have similar listings requiring different languages. They have no social media, no reviews, no LinkedIn, nothing. Do you think it's just a marketing agency operating in the DeFi field or a scam company?
