If etfs is actually legit,

Then why can't I claim tokens? I see people on here saying they've claimed theirs, I'm not sure I even believe that. I have 30,000 tokens on my presale account page, I go to the tab "presale has ended- claim now." And I have zero claimable tokens. Uniswap address is correct, I should be able to claim to uniswap right now, and swap wtfs to doge and send doge back to robinhood. What am I missing? And why on uniswap does it still say that etfs crashed to zero the day the claims became available, and has remained at zero ever since?
