Extended pay date

I spoke with support a week ago and asked them if I could extend all my payments to tomorrow and I will just pay it all off and they said yes. But I go into it today and it says my account is frozen and after I pay it off tomorrow I won’t be able to ever use the app again?! Has this happened to anyone else ?!
