What do you think my chances are at a UC?

I previously went to a 4 year university for 1 year and decided to leave to take a gap year and change majors. I ended with a 2.9( not my shining moment). Now I'm at a CC ready to transfer with a 3.7. I've applied to all uc's except UCSD and UCSB. What do you think my chances are to get into any UC's? (Also does anyone know if my past gpa is included with TAP or do they use my new GPA?)
