How are your period after abortion?

My period started about 4 weeks after my MA back in July, and was 30 days long for two cycles than the last cycle I had was just 26 days long and now it’s currently at 40 days . I have had no symptoms of a period and took three tests and they are negative. I am confused as to how it was normal than is complete bonkers now ! Anyone experienced something similar ?
