Im stressing help

Me and my bf had sex on dec 22 with protection and he didnt pull out. And that was a few days after ovulation. But i was supposed to get my period 2 days ago and im experiencing spotting and cramping which i heard can be a sign of implantation. Im scared im pregnant, how high are the chances???
