Used 2080 or new 4060?

I saw an fb market listing of someone selling an rtx 2080 for 225 usd, is it worth buying? I currently only have integrated graphics and I checked on gpus similar to its performance like a new rtx 4060 but its around 340 usd so i think its worth it for me but what do you guys think?
