I think it’s absolute bull crap that I can’t play fallout4 without buying it again on pc

So I got a new pc for Christmas, I never had one before and I didn’t have the monitor yet, so I had to wait for that. In the mean while I bought fallout 4 cause I thought if I bought it on Xbox I would just be able to play it on pc… I was wrong, and now I’m pissed that I bought a game that I can’t play on pc. Screw you Microsoft.
