MRCP?

Hi,

Just had a consultation with my GI doc, gone down the private route with work health insurance, and he seems to think that HIDA isn't useful just yet, he'd rather do an MRI of the small Bowel and an MRCP is there any benefit to this? Or should I just keep pushing for the HIDA scan? What will the MRCP show and have people had sucess with it?
