I'm thinking of getting a revision for smaller nipples and fat removal from the outside of the breast. Does anyone have experience with this?

Revision

Currently I can't afford a second reduction, but I am hoping it's a possibility in the future after I maybe have children.

I'm considering to get a consultation with a new surgeon to perform a revision. My first surgeon refuses to discount it, and even said he might not even perform a revision or second reduction even if I paid. I was so respectful and professional in explaining how I felt about my breasts (they look amazing, he did a great job, but they are still too big which isn't what I asked for + we verbally agreed on a much much smaller size) but I think he was offended that I dared to be unsatisfied with his work.

Has anyone experienced this, a revision with a new surgeon? I'm worried it'll cost the same as a full reduction.

I'm also worried if it's even worth it to get. With side liposuction, is there a chance my boobs with sag with the loss of volume? Is it risky to recut the nipples to a smaller size without the anchor incision?

Thanks in advance for any insight!
