Can't reach Callaway Pre-Owned support after they mailed me the wrong club

Hello, I purchased a club from Callaway pre-owned as a Christmas gift for my brother and we were really disappointed when he opened the wrapping and in the package was a right handed club instead of the left handed club I ordered. I have since sent an email 1 week ago to their support and waited on hold over multiple days for a total of 3 hours on the phone and I simply can't reach anyone. Has this happened to anyone else? I am not sure what else to do as I thought this was a really reputable site to buy from. Thanks.
