Accessible boozer to watch LFC?

I support a guy in his 60s that needs a wheelchair to get about and he’s a devout Liverpool fan

We’re planning on getting him tickets to a game sometime but before we do that, are there any accessible places to watch the match in town that would be a realistic choice so he can get in? I think he would love the atmosphere of a pub full of Liverpool fans on game day
