Sales Career Advice

Hi everyone! I’ve always been passionate about a career in sales, and now, at 25, I’m finally in it! I’m currently working as a Sales Representative and Customer Engagement Specialist. I feel confident in my ability to make calls, interact with customers, and close deals without being too pushy. I’m seeking advice on the best path to earn more money, as my current role doesn’t offer commission. I’m also exploring side hustles on UpWork to gain more experience and prove myself. What would you recommend for someone looking to work a few hours on weekends (when I’m free from my 9-5) to make good money with commissions? Thanks in advance for your advice!
