In Nepal's tech industry, I've noticed that companies often demand a lot of experience for job positions that offer relatively low salaries. It feels like they expect the same level of work and expertise as big tech companies like Facebook, but they are not willing to pay for it. Instead of hiring experienced senior developers who can deliver high-quality results, they sometimes prefer to hire interns and ask them to do research or work on tasks that should ideally be handled by more seasoned professionals. This creates a disconnect between the expectations of employers and the compensation they offer, which can be frustrating for developers.
