How do I remove shared content from my account ps5

Hey just wondering if there's a way to remove shared videos from my account because I bought a PS4 from someone agessssss ago and now I've obviously changed the account name etc and upgraded to the PS5 as well but now that I've got a ps5 I've seen that there's a shared video connected to my account but it was made when I didn't have it sooo just wondering if there's a way to remove it?
