How do I report Financial Aid or speak to someone competent?

Fin Aid has been withholding my FAFSA disbursement since July (it was approved and sent in April) because they needed to “verify a tax form” which I sent to them in October and was received by Inceptia. I have been going back and forth with them for months and they have been “talking to operations” but I am beginning to imagine operations is a room full of cardboard cut outs.

Who can I speak to that can get this resolved before they completely unenroll me on January 20th? I have 6 credits left to graduate and it is impossible to cover the rest of my tuition. They are withholding my loans too. This school has robbed me and given little in return
