Inventory crash

For some reason my game always crashes when moving inventory from one place to another. Happened when removing rotten meat from fire pit, and moving stone into mortar pestle. It reverts back to my last manual save but I keep engrams I unlocked. How can I create a ticket to let the devs know? Other than that, I love it.
