Unmotivated

Hi all, I'm in my second year of criminology and psychology and basically feel unmotivated and fed up. I like doing these subjects but have hit a wall after Christmas and can't get back into the swing of things. I also have a essay to finish and keep stopping and starting. Does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated? TIA
