iphone 6 disabled and I can't get in

Hello,

Wasn't sure where else to ask/go so I'm gonna ask here.

I recently found my old iphone 6 and after trying to remember my password, I disabled it completely to where it has the message "iphone is disabled connect to itunes". The thing is, I tried connecting it to itunes and the device won't even show up on itunes.

The phone doesn't have a sim and isn't connected to wifi, so I really don't know how else I can get into the phone.

Also, I tried to do the thing where I turn my phone off and hold the home button while I turn it back on so it goes to the screen where it wants me to connect to itunes, but that doesn't work either and it goes straight to the lockscreen every time.

I honestly don't know what else to do, so I'm hoping some of you can help me, thank you in advance!
