temple pain after climax (female)

I (25 Female) was pleasuring myself and I think I was focusing too hard to climax that I strained something? My right temple and around my eye had some pain and felt tight but it’s been 2 days and I’ve been taking Advil, resting and drinking lots of water and the pain is still there. I’m slightly nauseous and really worried. Should I go to the doc? (i feel embarrassed) I keep reading on “sex headaches” but I didn’t really have a headache unless I worry too much about it. Help!
