More questions about random aspects

Im being lazy i think not leaving webull; i know i should only be trading short term highish volume stocks but today i was trying to capitalize on a couple peaks and valleys on some penny stock that was on the webull feed as having a sig price gain or something like that, as i was trading the air went out of sails and i swear the market maker was literally fuckn w me...like no exaggeration; at one point the price was at its pretty much lowest point before it as going tk rebound modestly; even still at this point i wasnt buyin in anymore i was through; but i wanted to see if my theory was correct etc; and the price went from like .63 to .65 in a single move but the move was like 2 seconds between. It did this yet again and i already thought 63 was low etc so i put in my limit order hopin to sneak in a fill when it dropped briefly to 63 again and yes of course; hence me on here bitchin, it just dropped... 2 questions; and yes i know what a period is; as pertaining to grammer!

1. should i get off webull? Is it too manipulative do to makers? Im being kinda lazy as i have all my stuff in there and set up.
2. is this just basically the reason its been said so much that you have to trade volume? Any non grammer advice would be great ty
