What are your Moonstone Stone Stopper experiences?

I recently bought a bottle. I'm curious what others experiences are with it. Did you have any side effects? How many do you take? Do you take them with meals? Before bed?

I took 2 before bed last night and around 12PM today, I was having stomach pains. Not sure if it is related. I did eat not too long before I took them last night.
