Still waiting on an LOR....

I can't even start applying because I'm still waiting on my last LOR to be uploaded (from my only academic reference - so my most important one). He agreed to write it over four months ago, and now my old professor is ghosting my follow-up emails (four of them). I've even passive aggressively pressed "resend request" through LSAC. I feel desperate, but he's my only hope for a genuine academic reference (I'm four years out of school from a small program + I took five semesters of courses with him). Everything else is ready! I'm losing my mind!

Anyone else waiting, not for a decision but to just apply?
